We operate as a collective financing platform (crowdlending) registered under CNV Registry No. 1087, facilitating investment opportunities in real estate development projects.
2. Eligibility
To use our platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Be a legal resident of Argentina or have the legal capacity to invest under applicable regulations. • Complete our identity verification process (KYC) as required by the Unidad de Información Financiera (UIF) and applicable anti-money laundering legislation. • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3. Platform Services
Cashentora provides a digital platform where users can browse, analyze, and invest in curated real estate crowdlending projects. Our services include: • Presentation of real estate investment opportunities with detailed project information. • Facilitation of investment transactions between investors and project developers. • Progress tracking and reporting tools for active investments. • Communication channels for investor inquiries. Cashentora acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly manage construction or real estate development.
4. Investment Risks
All investments involve risk. By using our platform, you acknowledge that: • Past performance does not guarantee future results. • Real estate investments are subject to market fluctuations, construction delays, regulatory changes, and other factors beyond our control. • Returns are not guaranteed and depend on individual project performance. • You may lose part or all of your invested capital. • Investments through our platform are not bank deposits and are not insured by any government deposit insurance program. We strongly recommend diversifying your portfolio and investing only amounts you can afford to lose.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to: • Provide truthful and updated information. • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose. • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account. • Read and understand all project documentation before making investment decisions. • Comply with all applicable Argentine laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on cashentora.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Cashentora S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Cashentora shall not be liable for: • Investment losses resulting from project underperformance or failure. • Service interruptions due to technical maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. • Actions or omissions of third-party project developers. • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with both parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
